Breaking Dawn!
OK, so it probably wasn’t very evident, and you probably wouldn’t have guessed it based on previous posts, but I am an avid fan of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series. Note that I said avid, which differentiates me from people (including a few that I know) that would be better described as rabid fans.
The series is currently composed of three books: Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. The fourth (and final) book in the series, Breaking Dawn, is being released on August 2nd, and many bookstores around the country (especially chains like Barnes and Noble) will be doing midnight release parties. Through a really freakish chain of coincidence I’m not going to a release party… in Portland. I am however going to a release party in Bend, and getting to see someone (one of the aforementioned rabid fans) I haven’t seen for several weeks and am really missing! So everything works out peachy-like!
